The meeting shared important information about the Caltech project, including project updates, long-term neighborhood impacts, and ways the community can raise concerns and contest the project’s current form.
Read the informative analysis explaining why the community opposes the project’s scale and calls for a smaller, site-appropriate design or a full environmental review to determine whether a project of this size belongs elsewhere.
The independent Prism Engineering analysis identified unresolved mobility and safety concerns, particularly in a long-standing school zone, and concludes that the Caltech project should not proceed without a complete, City-compliant Local Mobility Analysis.
